Negatives: The refrigerator in room is making so much noise and parking fees are so high

Negatives: None.

Negatives: Unfortunately, the mattress was awful and really needs to be replaced. That was the only downside of my stay.

Negatives: The AC is on a motion detector which is the worst idea anyone could have in Florida. The filters for the AC were plugged full or dust and debris and despite the front desk telling me they would send someone twice, no one showed for the duration of the 7 day stay. House keeping brought towels but that was it, no sweeping and you could see their footprints on the tile. The soap dispensers were poorly fastened to the shower walls and I had to have the desk send someone to “fix” them. Parking was $31.89 a day which wasn’t mentioned until check in and that was rather frustrating. Upon returning home and receiving my final bill I was charged a $250 smoking fee, I don’t smoke, my 9 year old that was with me doesn’t smoke, no one we were around smoked. Of course when I call the hotel the manager is conveniently never there even during the times the desk staff says he will be and the desk staff claim they can’t do anything to help. Even without that smoking charge I’ll likely never stay off Disney property again, yeah I got a pretty good price on the room but until I paid for parking at the hotel, paid for parking at the parks (the shuttle schedule from the hotel isn’t great) paid for a rental car, paid to charge it because god forbid we just have gas powered cars, I could have stayed club level at just about any moderate Disney resort .

Negatives: There was a cockroach on the blind

Negatives: The living room bed mattress was sooo bad!!!

Negatives: The mattress (I suppose not in all rooms are the same) but my side had a big "hole" in it. Couldn't sleep well at all (my wife on the other side, yes). (Would definitely give a 10 if the bed was good)

Negatives: For minuses I would count not so clean water in the jackuzzi as well as the general feeling of how clean the place is, like corridors for example. The room was perfect, nothing bad to say about it but out of the room the feeling was not so great. Also - it's great you offer the breakfast but it is the first time in my life when I ate in a hotel out of the plastic plates. Not to mention that it's just not nice it is simply WRONG. The amount of plastic you produce just from one breakfast is giganteas. It's a shame for the hotel.
