First room had a moldy smell and ac was loud. You get what you pay for. I have learned my lesson and pay a little more. I would feel very uncomfortable allowing my 9 year old to be out of my sight here. The woman at the front desk was nice and let me switch rooms. Even though she DID tell me "we are going to be at full capacity this weekend and we really aren't suppose to do this" idk what that was suppose to mean. If I'm not happy and there are unoccupied rooms still just move me and whoever is last to get in gets that terrible room. It seemed to have alot of people living there and one man was apparently breaking up with his girlfriend and was waiting for a ride in the pool area. She was talking over the fence with him kind of quietly but it was still very uncomfortable. Just a seedy place. Like I said, pay a little more.

Positives:
I loved everything. People were so humble and nice. A great appreciation to the shuttle driver. He took us to the parks and brought us back. He was super punctual and nice. I also liked that they provide clean towels every day which is something many hotels stopped doing. Everything was great. Will book again soon!
Negatives:
The only thing that can be improved is placing clear signs on which room is where. It took us a while to find our room.

They never clean the room even when ask they dont clean toilet, bathroom or sink. When ask to change the bed they dont change the pillow cases . Free wifi ( no wifi )

The room was terribly small, one bed was moved except for the air conditioner, the floor was dirty, the bathroom curtain was torn, for 4 people only one small towel and three large ones. After every flush there was water on the floor and the room smelled weird.
