Negatives: The room is extremely cold. The hotel used a central air condition system which we cannot adjust the temp. The whole room is 60 F. I asked for a heater, and they delivered a cooler! That's unbelievable.

Positives: I like the location being so close to Seaworld... The room was a decent size.

Negatives: SO much was wrong! Our first room smelled of URINE in the master, woke up to our room flooded from the bathroom. TV had a bad color picture, stove tops not working. heat/ac not working properly.

Negatives: Do Not Stay! Loud groups of people congregating in parking lot in middle of the night making lots of noise. A call to the front desk did nothing to solve this and I could not sleep. Strong smell of marijuana in the halls and parking lot. Very thin walls

Negatives: The walkways in the morning dew are very slippery. I opened the door and fell shattering my elbow. The response from the hotel manager, and security agent was horrific. Would never recommend this hotel.

Positives: The staff provided clean towels.

Negatives: We have stayed at Westgate Villas in the past. This "resort" did not in any way match the Westgate standards. Run down, dirty, broken kitchen faucet, range hood hanging by a thread, trail of ants and shared space with apartments to name just a few
