Positives: We got in late after driving all day and they were out of rooms that matched the one I had booked. They were going to move me to their sister location, but the manager said to just upgrade me to a 2 bedroom and keep me at that location. It was amazing!! Everyone was so kind! The room, the beds, the space, the place, it was all fantastic!! and the pools, the hot tub ~ perfection!!!
