Positives:
The resort was clean & the staff were friendly. My family & I enjoyed the food/drinks we had at various restaurants & I liked having access to amenities at the other properties on site. The self-serve water stations (front lobby, gym & pool area) were much appreciated since it was so hot outside as well. The resort is in a great location. It’s close to the Disney Parks, Disney Springs, the outlet mall, local restaurants & it’s not too far from the airport. The free shuttles to the Disney Parks, Disney Springs, etc. were a plus as well.
Negatives:
The breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but everything was delicious.

I chose this resort for...
Positives:
The room was very spacious, very clean, although they need to change the carpets, which were clean but looked a little old, but the room was super good, the hotel in general was good.
Negatives:
The pool, the pool needs to be cleaned, it's all black on the inside edges of the pool, and on the app they told me they had 6 pools and the truth is I didn't see them, they need to do more maintenance on the pool.It didn't meet my expectations because I went to another one from that company before and it was spectacular, that's why I was a little disappointed, but the truth is that it was generally good, and something more, 200 dollars deposit.

Rooms comfortable, decent size, clean and no issues, Good AC, garage access keeps the car cool, location awesome.
Negatives:
Overpriced, previously we used to get glassware, real forks to eat and room service served the way it should be. Now we pay more and get less, food delivered in paper bag, plastic forks and packets. Also ordered the Wyndham burger medium and got a burger fully cooked, super dry, almost choke and the size of the burger didn't even cover the edge of the bun. Respect the money!

The staff is always great! Complex has awesome pools and decent restaurants. Mini golf, corn hole, game room, grills etc. Always a great value, especially for a disney trip!

Showers are dated and the entire complex is showing its age a bit. It is well cared for though.
