The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to daytona beach and other attractions.
Negatives:
The ice machine was rusted and disgusting. The checkout time is 10am which is way earlier than any other hotel in the area. Staff does not respect privacy, for example, after telling cleaning staff that we were busy they still barged in. Never coming back

Outdated, needs good cleaning, drapes were torn and tons of dust hanging on the bottom. Overall musty smell. Took $100 cash deposit and walked down to check room before returning itdemeaning like I was a teenager. Would not recommend.

The location and sea view was great. The room was accceptable.
Negatives:
The walkway beside the building which I overlooked was full of junk and very stinky. Needs to be cleaned . One of the staff(family) was every abusive to the pool man in from of me and continued to yell and curse at him for half the day which looked like for no reason. The tool man was working hard and I know that he was embarrassed. No excuse.

The people here stared at me made me feel very uncomfortable the whole family lives on property then charged me three times!!! WARNING THIS PLACE IS A SCAM one of the charges was after I left and checked out and had to go back he tried to say it was deposit but they kept my deposit and then charged me another 100$ at checkout I had to cancel my credit card this was the worst experience I had on booking
BE AWARE I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO KEEP YOUR CARD ON FILE
