Our group had four people staying in two rooms, only soap and shampoo for one person in each room. Extra charges for additional soap or shampoo. No hairdryer. Everything is self-service, including luggage carts. Costs $1 to make a call on landline.

The customer service. Deficiency of check in and check out. The location. It was well lit outside, so I felt safe going to and from my car even at night. It is nearby many things in the neighborhood felt safe. I was very comfortable and it was very clean.

hotel phone did not work. At least 2 of USB outlets in room did not work, limited to one spot inconvenient.. Although it had a a stove and sink, it had no supplies. I book this type when traveling alone to avoid going out much.

It was a short overnight stay, but well be back!

Staff was very unprofessional. Had to wait to check in due to attendant arguing with a customer about towels. He didnt want to come out and help anyone else while the gentleman was up there. Seemed to be every time we went through the lobby there was drama going on. When trying to check out had to wait on the attendant who went up to a room with another person trying to extend her stay. Roaches in room. Elevator had a burnt/mechanical smell. Trash on hallway floors
