Nothing. Except the front desk staff.
Negatives:
This hotel is in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. Holes and bug splatters on the walls, stained carpet. Also, no hot water, rust on the bathroom fixtures. We checked out after the first night instead of staying for three. WANT REFUND!

I wasn’t aware of a deposit until the day of check in which I explain to the young lady on Booking.com it doesn’t state anything about a deposit I only was aware when I saw the sign at the front desk that needs to be on Booking.com I had ants crawling on the wall I requested another room wasn’t any available but I was given any spray to spray the ants the hot water in the shower didn’t get hot like
It was suppose there wasn’t a telephone in the room to even call to the front desk
