The room smelt damp and had a dehumidifier in the room which we switched off due to the noise. The room was a connecting room and the sound proofing was none existent, we had to call reception at 4am to ask the connecting room to lower their voices

The manager was extremely rude to us , she even called the cops because we checked out at 11:30 . We asked for a late checkout and they confirmed it when we checked in and they also walked in our room at 8:30 AM and i was sleeping on the bed nutt naked . It was dirty and musty smelling in the room and all around i was extremely unhappy and that manager should be fired by how rude she was .

I booked and cancelled within 24hrs of my stay. When I booked there was nothing stating no cats but when I received my confirmation it had a very detailed pet policy and the fees if you break it. It clearly said no cays, I traveled with a dog and a cat, so I didn't want to pay $500 if I git caught sneaking the cat in so incancelled and they charged me $205 and refused to refund me bc of their cancellation policy. Terrible customer service. I was going to burry my father the last thing I needed was extra money wasted on a hotel that wasn't able to accommodate me.
