Negatives:
During our stay (2 Nights) the room refrigerator broke down night one. It was changed out quickly, but the new refrigerator wasn't seated properly (leveled) and the shelves kept falling and things fell over every time we opened or closed the door. On day two, when we returned to our room in the evening the Air Conditioner in the Living room (We booked the King Suite) had broken down (Compressor wasn't working properly). The room was very warm and the A/C had to be completely changed out as there were no other suites for us to move into. It took a while for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. We had initially booked 3 nights, but we checked out early in the afternoon the last day to drive home. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, but that many issues shouldn't be happening, especially in your most expensive room on property.
