Positives:
Its in a good location. Front staff was incredibly nice. Coffee in the lobby 24/7. It was a nice little place. Hotel was hidden in the back. Ignoring any complaints I might have, the price for a Friday night was quite worth it.
Negatives:
The bathroom was quite rough. Caulking was gone. Actual room wasnt bad though. Around the corner from the elevator. there was water leaking from the ceiling. I might possibly recommend they drop the 'Plus' logo from the building.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Property was clean and well maintained. My room was very nice, clean, and appeared well taken care of. Breakfast was definitely a surprise. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and many more items. And the staff was GREAT!

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious. Breakfast offered options and variety for all of us, and was delicious.

The only reason I gave the location a low score is because the 1-800 number we booked through put us in the wrong Best Western, but the manager on duty kindly reimbursed us for the second night, at which point we booked the correct hotel for the second bight

Negatives:
We didn't have cold water from the vanity in the bathroom, although the cold water worked in the shower. The hot water faucet on the vanity was broken, it looked like someone twisted it out of position. Although these items were probably the fault of a prior guest, I feel housekeeping should have identified them before we rented the room. The front desk did give us two bottles of water for drinking.

Housekeeping should do a better job of qualifying a room before it's available for rent.
