The person who was assisting with breakfast was wonderful.

The person who checked us in was polite, but is the most positive thing I can say. The pull-out bed didn't have sheets available anywhere in the room. When I asked @ the front desk, she did not know where to find them and had to make a call to find out.

The area was nice, I'd stayed at their sister hotel just up the road last year. The room was comfortable and spacious and the water hot and a good pressure. Easy to get to and from Welcome to Rockville.
Negatives:
Quite a few of the wall plugs in the room(318) need to be replaced. They were very loose and wouldn't hold my plugs.
