when I got to hotel, they said that they did not have a reservation for me. even though I had conformation number sent to me confirming my stay with them. they said they have a room for me but at more cost. The person at front desk was absolutely no help at all. The so-called breakfast was a joke.

The staff were nice and accommodating when we needed to switch room due to a leaking sink in bathroom and the smell of smoke in the room. The new room we received was smaller but it did not smell of smoke and there was no leaks.
Negatives:
We had booked the king room and although there are signs everywhere stating no smoking, the room smelled of smoke. Then we went into the bathroom and I stepped into a puddle of water. The sink was leaking. Also the vent on the ceiling in the bathroom was hanging down by an inch or two.
