The front desk staff was exceptional; however, most everyone else i.e. breakfast staff, housekeeping were hard to find rarely interfacing with this customer.

Overall, the hotel is just plain dirty.
The bedding was okay, but the floors were sticky and dirty in 129. The housekeeping policy of having your room cleaned every three days is simply not followed by staff. I even interfaced with a male housekeeper requesting a good cleaning and towel exchange to no avail; and for good measure... hung my door placard requesting cleaning but wasn't completed.
Lastly, the laundry room is not supported for clientele use. Over the course of 9 days, I requested quarters daily to no avail.

This is my second time booking this hotel. It's convenient to commute to work. Breakfast was good, one of the rooms was not clean, we requested to have clean sheets and towels, they immediately did it.
Negatives:
This is not a Motel, and it's not cheap, but the place itself needs an upgrade. Curtains had holes, missing clips and they were wrinkled. I have to come back there in 30 days. I hope things are better.

The hotel EXCEEDED my expectations. The reviews were very accurate. I normally dont eat breakfast at hotels, but I definitely ate at the hotel ( all 3 days of my stay). The location was ideal for us because we didnt want to stay in the heart of everything, yet We were within driving distance of the attractions, restaurants, etc. It was the perfect location and place for my husbands birthday getaway. We look forward to staying at this hotel again.
