Positives:
The room was large which was good as we were there for 3 nights. It was a perfect location as we had family staying at Seagull Villas at the same time. 5 minutes away. The first girl on the desk was very personable and lovely. There was one other that was very nice as well as the manager who we met a couple of times.
Negatives:
We didn't like the fact that we had to schedule to have our room cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels. The second thing I didn't like was the fact that we could not stay for one extra hour after the normal checkout as we were then going to a condo which we rented for a week. We do understand that you have to clean but ... we found something else to do.

I liked the beach area nearby like 12 min away. In the room I liked that they provided some breakfast which was nice. I liked that when we asked for new sheets there was no hesitation to help us and that was very kind and nice.

The staff was incredibly rude. Plus breakfast was broken down way before it was supposed to be. Pool was closed before it was supposed to be. This was a lousy hotel. We won't be back. Dead roaches in the microwave..bed bugs.. It was horrible.
