I love Candle Suites! The property and staff are great!
Negatives:
On my reservation I was to get a King size bed in my studio room. Well I didn't, I got a queen instead. The staff argued that sometimes the bookings with outside venders don't match what they have available. That is not right and shouldn't be. I showed them my reservation that showed I paid for a King size bed. Please put the difference of pay back on my credit card for not getting my King size bed. Thank you for the recliner in the room!
