Positives: The location was good, close access to restaurants and not far off the interstate.
Negatives: The bathroom was in bad shape. It needed repairs, the walls need cleaned. The TV had a white line down the middle. It was also a 3 floor walk up. Housekeeping knocked on the door every morning, thereÂ's no Â'Do not disturbÂ' sign.

Positives: The location was very convenient to everything we needed. The layout was perfect with rooms overlooking the pool. It felt like a little resort nestled in downtown. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well.
Negatives: There were a few men lingering around - not sure if they were homeless or workers on a nearby job site - but that made it feel a little less safe for a mother with three young daughters. The manager was aware and stayed on top of their loitering though.

Negatives: Pro tip: Â'historicÂ' means run down. The elevator is disgusting (piss and dirt). The front desk staff wad disinterested. The pool was murky. The water pressure was low. The laundry room was hilarious. Homeless people wandered the parking lot.

Negatives: The first room I was given was dirty. The bed had been remade with dirty bed sheets that had another person hair and dirty on it. Also, the bathroom tub and floor was not cleaned. There was more hair in the bathtub and dirty and hair on the floor.

Negatives: Cockroaches swimming in the pool, ceiling above beds was peeling, leaving paint chips on the bedding. Bathroom needed cleaned better. Lots of broken trim and missing paint on the walls. Curtains were heavily stained.
