The lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming but this hotel is very very poorly kept.

I walked into my room immediately killed a roach, the tv sound didn’t work, the hot water in kitchenette didn’t work, it was very uncomfortable and uneasy feeling. I had driven 11 hours with a baby and he did not like being there.
