Positives: Hallie was dream, she was very helpful. She was very approachable and was willing to answer my questions no matter how busy she was.

Negatives: No stoppers in any of the sinks or bathtub. Lighting was not positioned properly, one side of the bed had two lights and the other side of the bed had nothing.
