Negatives: Could use a deep clean now and then (although the main surfaces were clean) there was a large hair clip (not ours) under the nightstand and dust bunnies behind the bathroom door.

Negatives: Not being able to shower - water was ice cold Was still ice cold when j got bacn to the room after walking down to desk to inform them of the issue Roaches is over the top disgusting NOT GETTING A SINGLE APOLOGY FROM SHAWNDA, the feont desk clerk. Incredibly rude and never once offered concern for my troubles or offered a solution whatsoever. After packed my things up ans took them to my car, i called booking.com where once communicatiin had been established, i put the call on speaker so Shawnda could hear that booking.com rep was explaining the following steps to process a refund, i was told that she was about to call the cops. I reminded her that booking had just sent the email now. She said that checking the email would be DONE ON HER OWN TIME I have a work meeting this morning and could not shower because of freezing shower water. I travel for work for almost 10 years - NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS - EVER

Negatives: There was a bit of a smell to the room but nothing we couldn't deal with.

Negatives: This place looked very questionable. There were all kinds of riff Raff in the parking lot. Truckers and what looked like ladies of the night talking back and forth and going back and forth to cars. How I know this is because when I drove up and finally found the place (because it's in a very difficult tight location close to a bad neighborhood area. I was so creeped out by the people hanging out in the parking lot I didn't get out for almost an hour I stayed on the phone with my significant other trying to figure out if I was going to just forget it and get back on the road even though I had prepaid) the outside of the building looks like it should be torn down. Though it had fresh paint? You could see on the top of the roof that there was mold and fungus and very not up to date roofing so it made me think first off I was going to have an asthma attack and get black mold issues looked just like you'd expect to get some type of creatures in your suitcases. Hopefully they are planning on renovating the outside as well. The place is between some odd situation with a car lot and I forget what else I couldn't even tell all I know is the GPS shoots you past it and you can't really figure out how to get back to it. But all of the people that probably got the same special I got definitely could find it or had been there before as they were all hanging out in the parking lot they looked like some shady characters that you'd see in some movie in the back alley in New York. There was no security getting them from doing that I was amazed they just let them do what they were doing it was so freaky scary for me I can remember almost the whole entire account and describe the individuals that were in the parking lot still to this day.

Negatives: The top cover was not clean but we let the staff know and they fixed it

Negatives: The room had a constant smell of wet dog (empty bag of dog food found in the room). The shower leaked and creaked like it was about to fall out the floor. One whole day the fire alarms went off(repair of suppression system?) with NO NOTICE.
