There were cockroaches, the carpet was dirty and the bedding smelt like smoke.

Room would of done had more cleaning details such as bathroom especially in the shower, had a few mold spots. Ceiling of the room had a few water spots.

We booked two rooms with 2 queen beds and a pull couch in each room. We got one of those rooms. On top of that one of the rooms a/c did not work. We noticed staff to which they told us that all rooms were booked. Thats the only room they had. They gave us a box fan which didnt really help but we were thankful for. We end up not using the room and all going to the room that had the working a/c. We basically paid for a room that we didnt use on our stay. I noticed staff and they apologized but didnt do much for us.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Lee, went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodated all the requests I made. The lobby area was clean and the parking was very convenient. A huge plus that Lee offered to pick us up from the airport in the free shuttle.
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the rooms was terrible. The couch had multiple large stains, pilling or what looks like cat scratches on the side and the floors did not look vacuumed at all. There were crumbs, trash, hair etc. The ceiling had discolored patch work from water damage possibly? The baseboards were ripping off the wall as well. The elevators were very slow and a bit worry some, even the employees were complaining that they needed to get fixed.
