the convenience to shopping
did not clean the room the whole time we were there. maid refurefused to give us towels said we had to take dirty ones to front desk to receive clean ones. The staff was rude and very unpleasant. Had to have room keys reactivated everyday
The bathroom was filthy. The next room had paint peeling off the walls and a hole in the ceiling. The next room the carpet was dirty. We had to keep changing rooms until we got one some what acceptable. The staff was not very friendly only one young man
The location and staff where great, but they are in the middle of renovation, and it did effect the experience.
Cleanliness left some to be desired with no toilet paper until we asked and stained bed linens.
The location to the highways
I had a out of town install team for my office staying there and they had to switch rooms due to peed on stained sheets and beds. They said it was the worst hotel they have ever stayed at.
The door locked the shower was good good pressure
They were remodeling many of the rooms, mine needed updating Bed was lumpy limited parking
That is was next to DennyÃ‚'s. DennyÃ‚'s happened to close the night I stayed but it would have been nice if they didnÃ‚'t.
The construction work being done to the hotel started very early. The comforters were visibly dirty. My wife said she tried to call several times but the room phone didnÃ‚'t ring. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. The mattress was old.
Front desk lady was helpful when we couldn't open our door.
Hotel is under renovation. That doesn't excuse them not offering breakfast or the rooms being so dirty they didn't even clean trash cans from the previous guests. Absolutely disgusting.
Hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. Carpet stained and frayed, counter pitted. Box springs broken. Trash/thick dust from previous guests was found behind the dresser. Roach encounter. For once the low rating was spot on, so I got what I asked for.
From the outside it looks ok and itÃ‚'s very convenient to the interstate.
Not a great part of town, not at all what I expected from past stays at LaQuinta. Seems like they bought a much lower end motel and slapped in some landscaping and a new sign. AC was loud a came down straight on to the bed.
I was billed twice and paid twice for this room. When I called, no one has helped me and was referred to call a number, which got me no where. Very disappointed and will likely not use this service again if not corrected. ASAP. -----
The location was perfect and the staff was nice.
The hotel is old and musty. Stains on carpet, rust and mold on doors.

The front desk clerk was very polite and friendly while being exceptionallly professional

The hotel is older and could use some renovations the floors had stains And the extra door lock did not work. Not terrible but not best.
