Positives: The staff was nice and when things didnÂ't meet our expectations she did provide a refund when asked.
Negatives: Literally everything was so nasty in the room. Ash on the table, the pillows were brown, the bed wasnÂ't made good, the microwave and fridge as well. Overall it was just disgusting. The pictures are false or either old like for years ago.

Negatives: the ac, phone and tv did not work. the room was dirty, i had to buy sandals to wear indoors because the floor was so dirty. front desk staff was unhelpful, had to request new sheets/towels multiple times and sheets delivered were queen instead of king

Negatives: The room was in a generally run down condition, they do not do room cleaning unless you come to the office before 10 am and ask to have it done, also if you want clean towels you have to go to the office to get them.

Negatives: It faced a very busy highway. Our rooms were not serviced the day we were out and when we asked for clean towels they told us they were in the laundry and they would bring them to us. We had to ask again the next morning.

Positives: The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
Negatives: The room was nasty. The previous guest left behind some undergarments and a few other things behind. Housekeeping missed several things while getting our room ready.

Negatives: My family and I stayed 10 nights. Our room never was NEVER cleaned. We got towels three days into our stay because we went to house keeping directly. We left towels and blankets outside but they were never replaced.

Negatives: Room was in terrible state of disrepair/neglect. Toilet tank cover was wrong size giving open access to rusty tank from the top. Rusty drain in tub. Rusty tissue dispenser. Oil stains on couch in room Wet floor in carpeted area.

Negatives: It was dirty, trashy, and drug infested. The entire property smelled like urine. Men were hanging out there all night on the balconies. DidnÂ't feel safe at all. The entire Staff had to be under 21. Very unprofessional! I asked for a refund. Horrible ex

Negatives: Yes.No coffee in the morning is a bummer.Pool needs cleaning, especially during corona virus.Washers outta service, so that can stand some attention.
