I booked a handicap accessible room on the lower floor cause I am in a wheelchair. Got there and they have given me a room on the second floor and they have no elevator. I showed her my confirmation but she said she could not help me . So I was not able to get to my room. The lady at the desk offered no help at all and her attitude was like oh well .

The staff when I check in said I book 3 rooms when I booked 1 & I had to call booking ! Booking said on the end they only see 1 room booked like I said staff still tells me it’s 3 and he got to talk to his manager cause it a fee to cancel. That wasn’t my problem because I ain’t book 3 rooms the area & dogs barking all night & people fighting in they hotels they were running in out they doors all night. People in the parking lot begging. Someone stole my charger I drop it turn around to pick it up someone took it and ran. Area is bad . No type of house keeping , they clean the room the day you leave. That whole area was just disgusting and it stress me out !!! Doesn’t matter what room you book they all should have microwave and refrigerator because all rooms look the same hotel just a get over but I understand because it’s low price range never AGAIN THOUGH !!!!
