we arrived late did not get chance to check the room or bathroom we unloaded our stuff to the room and went to local businesses to shop we did not come back to the room until 1245am next morning and smelled cigarette smoke and toilet was clogged no flush

Location. Right off the freeway, which is what we wanted. Ground floor rooms with outside entry near parked car.

Ive stayed at this location several times and every time I stay there is always a problem with getting a late check out or even extend my stay. Its always the manager that gives me a hard time. Ive never had an issue until he took over. Im usually in town to visit my family and after hanging out I just need a few extra mins to check out and the excuse is always they are booked. This last time he stated that he could not extend because they do not have any more rooms but I checked booking and they had availability.
