Understanding Staff and good location
How clean the room was.
we were able to park in front of our room. I checked our card charges two days after we returned home and there was a second charge of 121.99 + 105.85 on our card. I called the hotel, and KOKI the GM at the hotel is trying to sort the extra charge out.
our daughter used our card MC to reserve our room, a charge of 105.85 was made, when we got there we were charged again for 105.85. the next morning the clerk caught the mistake after i asked for a receipt and said they will reimburse the extra charge.
It got us closer to the airport for an early flight. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and was helpful. But those were the only positive things I could say about this place.
Very rundown and shabby room. Seemed clean, but had an unpleasant (stale) smell.
Worst experience ever, hotel needs to check their staff as IÃ‚'m sure office clerk was possibly bringing a hotel employee into our room while my family and I slept. As we left we saw her leaving another room with another man, luckily this was a one night
the front desk was locked and no one was answering. I waited for about 25-30 minutes until an attendant came At about 7am the same front desk clerk barged into the room while my family and I were asleep! stood at the door with a man aft seeing us

The room was not cleaned at all. Linen was stained. Mold in the vents so it came into the room. Roaches in the room. Horrible experience. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Location and the quick response of the night clerk for my situation with the guest above me. They were loud and in 1 am in the morning, so he went twice to tell them about the noise ordinance and to keep it down. So the noise stopped and I could sleep no.
Mattresses need to be replaced and a little more in debt cleaning.
The staff was very friendly I had a problem with the television not functioning properly and I called the front desk and asked to have someone fix it. They send someone within 5 minutes. Problem solved. I can not stress how helpful everyone was! Thank yo
Absolutely nothing! I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
First they did not have our room clean. We were told it would take 30 minutes to get us a room We waited over 2 hours. The room was still dirty no plugins worked it was nasty.
It took two trays to get a room that was ready for a new guest. The second room had no towels.
No coffee maker water pressure in shower LOW.TOOK WAY TO LONG TO GET IN TO ROOM I HAD PAYED FOR.
