Positives: we were able to park in front of our room. I checked our card charges two days after we returned home and there was a second charge of 121.99 + 105.85 on our card. I called the hotel, and KOKI the GM at the hotel is trying to sort the extra charge out.
Negatives: our daughter used our card MC to reserve our room, a charge of 105.85 was made, when we got there we were charged again for 105.85. the next morning the clerk caught the mistake after i asked for a receipt and said they will reimburse the extra charge.

Positives: It got us closer to the airport for an early flight. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and was helpful. But those were the only positive things I could say about this place.
Negatives: Very rundown and shabby room. Seemed clean, but had an unpleasant (stale) smell.

Positives: Worst experience ever, hotel needs to check their staff as IÂ'm sure office clerk was possibly bringing a hotel employee into our room while my family and I slept. As we left we saw her leaving another room with another man, luckily this was a one night
Negatives: the front desk was locked and no one was answering. I waited for about 25-30 minutes until an attendant came At about 7am the same front desk clerk barged into the room while my family and I were asleep! stood at the door with a man aft seeing us

Negatives: The room was not cleaned at all. Linen was stained. Mold in the vents so it came into the room. Roaches in the room. Horrible experience. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Positives: Location and the quick response of the night clerk for my situation with the guest above me. They were loud and in 1 am in the morning, so he went twice to tell them about the noise ordinance and to keep it down. So the noise stopped and I could sleep no.
Negatives: Mattresses need to be replaced and a little more in debt cleaning.

Positives: Everything. Staff was very friendly and room was clean when we checked in. No mold or mildew and never once saw any bugs. Checking out the next day was easy and we got a good night's rest.

Positives: Too much bleach was used. Had to leave the room for a couple of hours. The sink and tub did not drain well. Yiu must pay 99 cents to see the tv guide. The tv is controlled by your phone. Never again.
