The hotel and our room were very clean and the staff was always friendly.

The pool was not clean unfortunately and the washer and dryer were down. We always choose a facility with laundry available so that was a bummer.

It was a nice hotel until they could not accommodate me with towels for my stay. I checked in on 11/27 at 10pm and no towels were in my room. When I went down to guest services they said someone will bring up. The next morning came no towels. When I went down again and asked, they said there was no housekeeping service because of the holiday. Understood but they couldn’t even go in an unoccupied room to get me towels. As it was Thanksgiving and I had to be at a family members home I flew in and couldn’t even go to a Walmart. Very unacceptable.
Negatives:
As stated above I checked out the next day on 11/28/24. After a rude guest service worker still could not accommodate me. It was very stressful and upsetting that this hotel did not care for their guests. Also light bulb was missing from light and shower had a huge crack. No garbage bags in trash cans either. I’m not even sure if the room was cleaned from previous stay.
