there was no hairdryer the water in room did not get warm to shower the breakfast was terrible could not get hot water for tea or oatmeal the shower ceiling had some type of dirt looking very dirty there was no hair conditioner in shower but I did like the hygiene products being in bottle on wall instead of little bottles the furniture in the room looked very old and worn I travel alot and usually stay at holiday Inn express they are a great example of what to strive toward I will return to holiday Inn express

Positives:
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were apologetic about the lack of timely housekeeping. They moved me from a room closest to the highway system to several doors down where it was less noisy without any hesitation.
Negatives:
Location was right next to a busy highway on-ramp lots of noise. For 4 days no one came to clean my room or delivery clean towels. None of the housekeepers could speak English & it was a struggle to get clean towels etc because of the language bar

Yeah when you ask for extra towels you do not receive them extra towels none of their speaks English except two The one at the front desk what you do not tell you about the $50 broom key deposit
