The staff wasn't very friendly and the exterior of the building was kind of dangerous. Broken curbs, rusty railings, unclean, pot holes, the room had an aweful powder smell which gave me a headache, etc.

Awful smell when you first go into the lobby. So of course then room had a bad smell. Canceled my reservation after seeing the room. Requested a refund then it deposited the next day. Few days after the refund disappeared from my account! Luckily I was able to call my bank and allow them to deal with it.
