Power went out in my room only in the building I was staying in and when I went to front desk, I just got a shrug. I was charged $50 damage fee at check-in which I never got back and I explained that I was a licensed electrician and let me reset the circuit breaker and all I got was a shrug. When the heat became unbearable in the room, we left a day early. I complained to home office and never even got a response. I tell everyone I know not to stay there.

The desk associate was very rude. He would not provide towels, conditioner, shampoo. There were no lawn chairs the one that was there, my sister fell through. When I asked him for towels he was extremely rude. Never again. The pool was disgusting and so was his behavior

The hotel was super dirty, especially the floor was unwalkable barefoot, we let the reception know and they sent a person the next day but they never cleaned the floor and that same day I left with my family, disappointed with this stay I hope that in the future they will be cleaner and more careful.
