Refund Policy

Positives: The location was great.

Negatives: The first night the room smelled like mildew and mold. Second night our downstairs neighbor was talking about shooting his gf and there were like 5 of them outside yelling over this situation. They only sent one guy for this. The third night roaches started crawling everywhere. We had enough and checked out early. Overall a horrible stay. They only offered another room instead of a refund. Honestly I do NOT recommend to anyone.
