Tragedies are breakfast not only at your place but in general. Everything in disposable dishes, the bread is not fresh, the eggs seem to be made of plastic. I recommend visiting any hotel or motel in Europe, breakfast is always served on porcelain, fresh pastries, quality cheeses and hams. And of course you can't drink instant coffee, you have to find Starbucks for coffee after breakfast. Is it so hard to buy a quality coffee machine and coffee? Vaclav

The hotel room smells like bleach. The carpet is very old and needs updating. Also it was very loud with kids running up and down the halls .

THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT ALL OF MY THREE (3) EYE DOCTORS WERE IN THE ONE LOCATION (PLANTION). THE BREAKFAST WAS ALRIGHT - THE COFFEE WAS EXCELLENT. WE STAYED FOR FOUR (4) NIGHTS AND WE HAD TO REQUEST ROOM SERVICE ON THE THIRD DAY; WE DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO QUESTION THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION, BUT THAT WAS A SMALL ISSUE.

the room not only had the smell of mold there was mold on all the trim in the room. they advertise free airport and cruise shuttle but when I called said no such thing. another couple did get free shuttle from airport where as we had to pay for taxi. along with us was another couple going to same cruise even though advertised free shuttle we were charges 8.00 per person the other couple were charged 12.00 per person.
