The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean. Very good location for restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel room smells like bleach. The carpet is very old and needs updating. Also it was very loud with kids running up and down the halls .

WE STAYED FOR FOUR (4) NIGHTS AND WE HAD TO REQUEST ROOM SERVICE ON THE THIRD DAY; WE DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO QUESTION THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION, BUT THAT WAS A SMALL ISSUE.

the room not only had the smell of mold there was mold on all the trim in the room. they advertise free airport and cruise shuttle but when I called said no such thing. another couple did get free shuttle from airport where as we had to pay for taxi. along with us was another couple going to same cruise even though advertised free shuttle we were charges 8.00 per person the other couple were charged 12.00 per person.
