It could of been cleaner, our room had a dirty MOP smell in it like old bleach or dirty water or not cleaned MOP was used and the bathroom door was on the toliet so made it very hard to get in and out of bathroom. The couch pillows had crust on them.

From the entrance of the hotel is very inviting.. the fragrance I the air is very relaxing and clean cool and... truth is I can't find the words enough to express other than exceptional.

Rooms were very comfortable and cozy. There hotel on the whole was quite nice. Breakfast was excellent. A nice selection of grains wand cereals, bread and fruit complemented the eggs and bacon or sausage options. Coffee could be stronger.
Negatives:
We were on the 6th floor and had very little sound interruptions from the corridor but would hear horns and sirens from the street and off ramp. The last Hyatt we stayed at had the expresso coffee makers on the room, not having them was a significant emotional event.
