Negatives: Always the same breakfast ! ( I stayed 8 days and they always served “ Burguers , Eggs and Pancakes” and I didn’t pay an small amount of money , The Clean Servíce didn’t grab the trash daily they grab it really often , Also they didn’t clean the floor in my room , they only made your bed ! ..

Negatives: It was ok. I was satisfied with the breakfast.

Negatives: 2 side dressers in the rooms with the double beds

Negatives: The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was hot even though the air was as low as we could set it. And the elevator right outside our door was not working so we had to walk down the whole hallway to get to the working elevator.

Negatives: All good with exception that breakfast became monotonous after eight days.

Negatives: The maid only made the bed but never clean the room, only one elevator worked and the entire hotel was moldy

Negatives: Well kept and maintained

Negatives: The pool was not clean The breakfast area did not have enough sitting tables There was no safety box in the room

Negatives: The elevator was very iffy used the stairs mostly unless taking bags up or down from room. Breakfast could run a bit later like till 10 during the week, vacation is time to sleep a little late.

Negatives: One of the elevators was broken.

Negatives: The room really sucked the bed was squeaky every time I turned or my husband we were woken by the squeaky noise. I had to go buy a blowup mattress because the couch bed was awful for my son to sleep on! The pool and hot tub were filled with leaves! Dirty! Not to mention I was in a deep sleep and the fire alarm went off because they’re doing construction. And every time someone went out side that dang door would slam shut! Needless to say I’ll never ever stay there again! Oh no this is not good enough! I want a refund I didn’t even stay the last night it was truly horrible 1. the bathroom Blood on door None of the electrical outlets worked Blow dryer didn’t work 2. The room The desk outlets were hanging out of the desk, wires showing and did not work! The couch bed was so dirty and we could not use it! I had to go buy a blowup mattress for my son The king bed was so squeaky every time I moved or my husband we woke up! 3. Pool area The pool was filled with leaves (couldn’t enjoy it) the hot tub was not hot and filled with leaves as well 4. Front dest and halls The entrance and front desk area was perfect. The halls had a musky smell And smelled of marijuana at times The entrance on the side of the building was awful our room was right next to the entrance every time someone went in and out it would slam so hard and jar me out of my sleep! 5. The parking lot had lots of trash and deep big holes in the asphalt bad for walking on and bad for vehicles I had my two small dogs with me ones a service dog I did not pay a fee for her but paid my fee for the other dog for 2 nights of 50.00 Needless to say we did not stay the following night! I want a full refund and if you can’t help me, you need to put me in contact with someone that will! If not then I’ll definitely dispute the charges with my credit card company!
