Negatives: the breakfast was disappointing. the hot water system didnt work and staff could not repair so no tea or instant oatmeal. the coffee thermos didnt dispense correctly so the guest or staff haf to pump it5 minutes to get half cup of coffee out. this doesnt meet the standard for the room price.

Negatives: This was the 3rd La Quinta, booked via Booking.com in the last 4 days. This hotel added the security deposit to the room payment, not just take card details in case like every other one! This means I'm now having to wait for $100 refund of my holiday money that I might not get back before I leave the USA!
