Arrogant reception staff- disrespectful- a real shame for the hotel
Negatives:
The receptionists had a very arrogant- disrespectful- non service minded attitude. They are not right for the job. Absent from reception, did not follow up on request to check the ac or fridge noise. Terrible ac, is like explosion every 5 minutes- impossible to sleep. Paid parking!!

the staff wasn't very friendly,the front desk workers were very rude and had attitude! I did get their names BUT I'm going to give them grace and maybe advise the staff to have a customer care course on customer service to help with this problem! Now I do understand that the Tayler shift concert was happening and sometimes it brings in some not so welcoming guest but just like in my job(law enforcement) we still have to uphold a standard a treat people nicely
