I were in the area for the weekend for A youth football game our entire stay were awesome

The breakfast was normal just like the other Hotels, simple. There should be something that set it aside from the norm, change it up with different cultural breakfast through the week, Love the front desk snacks.

The pool area and the basket ball section was a let down. Would be great to have some sort of entertainment. Rooms should be clean did not like having seen dirt still same spot after complaining and still was not cleaned up after second cleaning. Room was dusty, carpets can be shampoo, a little bit more bright earth colors can be added. everything so dark.

Accessible to mall, restaurants and highways. It was ok. A little hidden behind restaurants with confusing multiple entrances but fairly ok.

Had to go outside to get to the lobby but covered walkway. BathRoom was obviously just recently updated and was not clean. There was white dust everywhere which was disappointing

My grandson leave his Jordan tennis there in room 412 and I call then and tell then about it and I till then am coming back in December because I always go to residence hotel now I call then to fine out if they get the tennis they tell me NO .I know he leave it there someone's have it .I will never come back there again .
