Customer services was not great at all we spend one night waiting until 3 am trying to get some clean sheets to the room and we were calling and calling and they never came we had to sleep with our kids on the bed. Not great at all. Also we had a broken coffee maker and they never came to bring a new one like they said they would.

The staff at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I ordered some extra towels with Guest Services and they were there, literally, within 7 minutes of my request.There was a gentleman who bought me some towels, who was very pleasant.

The location is in an up and coming area with so much at walking distance. The hotel staff was amazing. We had a late check out available witch was absolutely perfect. There is a breakfast place in the hotel AND a Starbucks!! Come on!! Absolutely perfect
