Superb
Positives:
We stayed in a spacious and comfortable two-bedroom suite. The pool and grounds are very nice, both for those of us in our party that enjoyed swimming and for the others who enjoyed the outdoor gardens and patios for relaxing. The breakfast was one of the best we have had with plenty of comfortable seating. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
I would suggest hotel management spend some time coaching their front-desk staff on basic customer service skills. With maybe one exception, I'd describe the front-desk staff as curt and dismissive. Very little eye contact, did not ask how our stay was, generally not a welcoming experience. They performed their duties of checking us in and out, but was a cold and distant experience. (We also didn't appreciate the Sonesta policy of charging for early check-in even though our room was ready. Haven't experienced this with any other hotel chain.)

The receptionist was very rude to me and turned me away as soon as I walked in. When I booked online she got an attitude and said she just told me that rooms weren’t available and rolled her eyes. At the end I told her to just cancel the reservation as she was saying and I never got my refund.
