I believe it said something about free parking and then when they get there, they charge you $10 a night to park when you check in they give you a couple of bottles of water for Free. I don’t drink soda pop I don’t eat cookies. Don’t charge me $10.

The check in process took a little extra time due to employee training, but the manager acknowledged this without me having to say anything and upgraded our room for the inconvenience. We come to this area often and usually stay at another hotel but the excellent customer service provided has convinced us to make this our go to property.

Breakfast didn't have much to choose from, very little fruit, bland powdered eggs, wish it had more fruit to choose from, one of workers looked very unhappy only would say yes or no, no greeting. They had oatmeal, very small yogurts, eggs, meat and waffles.

Love this hotel. Very clean, well staffed and lots of amenities. But hands down the best thing is the young woman, Shardé. She is beyond accommodating and polite. She is the same employee that I complimented 3 years ago! I hope she’s running the place soon!
