Evening/Night front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for our needs. Room was nice size and beds were comfortable.
Lobby and breakfast area were kept clean. Business Center was excellent and provided a printer which was appreciated!
Negatives:
When staying several nights the cleaning schedule of every 3 days (except trash removal) did not provide the level of services for the value of the room. Guests have to request the cleaning services they require for each day. Semi trucks parking at night and blocking one of the 2 entrance/exits which was a safety hazard.

Positives:
Spacious room, close to Punta Gorda airport, towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bath.
Negatives:
Requires renovation (lots of scratches on the walls, door, etc), also shockingly in the morning we saw a cockroach that walked out from underneath of the painting that was hanging on the wall. I hope the management will take care of that. I hope also that we did nit contaminated our bags…
