I had to rebook several times to be able to get a clean room - otherwise no room service. Also very noisy - almost unbearable for disabled, hotel renovation also very noisy and inconvenient. Breakfast ends 9:30 AM already. No chairs/tables on 2/3 floor

Outside the hotel lots of dog poop. So gross. People staying in the hotel.. living? Illegals? Homeless? Felt very unsafe. My husband would but let me go anywhere alone.. even to get ice. Smelled like pot often in hallways. Drag racing at night, called cop

Very clean, and staff was very nice. Pool looked nice but was to cold to try it on our stay.

Bed pillows were size of couch throw pillows, bed was way to hard. When I booked the room it said roll in shower but was a slightly raised tub/showercombo that was very hard to get in and a out of for me husband and myself have both had spine surgeries.

We were given what they called an executive suite because they made a mistake of giving us keys that did not work for a room and we had to go back to desk. 'Executive' looked standard hotel to us. I did appreciate staff tried to give a better experience.
Negatives:
This is NOT a 3 star hotel. Property outside of room appears very worn and outdated. 1 old elevator for property. Very little parking and when you look out of rooms you are facing the back of businesses or the very noisy Hwy US 41. Rooms had no dresser.

Hotel was very clean even though theyre updating the rooms currently.

Our room (212) was clean and comfortable, however, theres no ventilation in the bathroom and its a super small space. There is a dehumidifier in the room as it does get humid in the room, but let it be known theres mold in the drip tub. It could use a really good cleaning (the dehumidifier that is). Also, theres a half inch or so gap at the base of the door and the longest part of the door where it opens. Daylight can be seen if the room is dark and at night you can see the lights on the outside. Its not safe in the aspect that if someone wanted to jimmy something between the door and the lock to get it open, its very possible.
