Perfect location for other business I had planned. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room, great bed, pillows, quiet AC.
Negatives:
As with many hotel rooms, I dont think room cleaning includes mopping floors. You can tell by the dirt when you walk barefoot. I dont know know why that is the case for so many hotel rooms I have stayed.

Negatives:
The pool was unheated and that is why I booked there because it listed a heated pool. Very disappointed! However there was a public beautiful heated pool at Port Charlotte Beach just 8 minutes away. I would go back just over that pool on the waterfront!
