Upon entering the lobby there were three young children, un supervised, running around the halls in and out of the room screaming. Upon arrival in our room on the second floor, there must’ve been kids above us because We could hear them running around until around 11:oopm.
The carpet in the room was dirty and appeared not to have been vacuumed.

The hotel website advertises a heated pool. It does not say SEASONALLY heated pool. I picked this hotel for the HEATED POOL and was disappointed that it was not heated. Management needs to fix this.
