Where to start! First the hotel is going through renovations which puts the hotel working about 65% of its capabilities. Overall completely dissatisfied
The staff at the desk were fantastic.
Not a chance this should be a 3 star & pushing it to call it a 2 star with how gross the room was. HasnÃ‚'t been updated since itÃ‚'s opening even popcorn ceilings. It was filthy except for bed. I wipe everything down & it was GROSS!
The staff was awesome the swimming pool was okay. The young man Matt made the experience there a little better because of his can-do attitude and willingness to try to make your stay there a little better
The hotel was nothing like the pictures. There was no towels in the room the room was smelly. The elevator stopped working on the second day we have to walk up the stairs until they repair them.
The hotel had a lot of people hanging out in the front. The elevator didn't work properly and trash was always left inside the elevator. Carpet was gross and the bed in my room was broken. The staff was very friendly and was the best part of the hotel.
When I say the carpet was gross it felt wet. Had my flip flops on the whole time in my room.
Terribly musty smell in room that made you not want to breathe. You would get used to the smell but then had a sore throat and stinky clothes/hair. Exposed reused comforter with two flat sheets, no duvet. Urine on bathroom wall. Stain on shower towels.

Needs updating. No USB phone charger in the room. Restaurant not open to dine in.

Yes the leaking of water on floor in bathroom not sure if it was from toilet or sink but i made front desk aware as it was already leaking and floor was wet upon entry of room and not even fixed during our stay.
The check-in person was very personable.
The ac half worked, it did cool the room but didnÃ‚'t pull any humidity out of the air. It felt like sleeping on a boat.
The staff went above and beyond. I have never felt so welcomed to a hotel.
Unfortunately, the hotels were going through reparations including the elevator and we had to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. The toilet could easily be tilted over as well. Definitely not a 3-star hotel experience.
The best way I can describe this hotel is pitiful!
The front desk staff were very nice.
The room was not like the picture online. One curtain was ripped on one side. The room was very musty. Dye to the way the bathroom is tiled the whole bathroom floor gets wet rrom the roll in shower. No plug ins for guests and no counter space.
Hotel employee at the front desk. Friendly polite professional,funny the stay was a great experience will stay many more times Highly recommend you try this hotel..Also hotel employee at the front desk was great also...

Hotel staff was very nice both the morning and evening shift on the morning shift  was so nice he deserved employee of the month
