Mainstay Suites At Pga Village

Negatives: The maid staff member older lady. Had an attitude, problemeverytime a question was asked, or request for towels. My niece is there with her 2 small kids and is alreafy suffering through stress.. This should not be a concern. But it was the same lady. She said everyone else was great! She made comments in the hallway loudly about towels, made my niece throw other people trash away at the breakfast lobby, My niece felt that she was being targeted with dirty looks Roaches in the room, and a spider was found in the folded towel on the shelf. Scary with a 1 yr old baby. May want to exterminate it.

Negatives: We arrived at 10 pm and there were many people hanging out in the parking lot. Men sitting by themselves in different trucks in the parking lot. Some men hanging out and drinking. It was very uncomfortable, it felt like there was illegal activity going on before we even went inside. Inside the foyer and hallways had not been vacuumed in a long time, probably weeks if not months. The room smelled awful, like bleach and simple green mixed together, like someone had recently tried to cover up a murder in the room. There were various bodily fluids on the walls and floors of the bathroom. Pubic hairs could be found stuck to the walls and baseboards of most areas of the suite. It was the grossest place I’ve ever stepped foot in my life. We did not stay there. We instead booked a nearby airbnb that thankfully responded at 10:30 pm and let us get in. The front desk staff did not seem to care about the condition of the place when we told them why we weren’t staying. I think there are many problems with this place and it isn’t even trying to be covered up. I think there are drugs, prostitution, and human trafficking being done blatantly and either the staff is complicit or oblivious. That being said, there is no excuse for the place not even getting vacuumed. I’ve never written a review before and I’m doing this one to alert other people so they can hopefully avoid the same situation we experienced.

Negatives: Not enough hot water mattress too soft Breakfast open at 7 verses 6AM

Negatives: Not cleaned,smell dogs inside the room .

Negatives: Moldy, Old, In disrepair everywhere., Commonary is worth dirty. I expected much more out of a hotel that was in the area of the PG.A resort. Extremely disappointing and the mold made my wife sick.Which I will take up with the hotel chain. Just sickening

Negatives: provide some variety

Negatives: Breakfast was not good. Room was not clean no pot and pans

Negatives: The place could use updating, furnishing and bathroom need attention, needs to be cleaner.
