Positives: In general: the attendants were friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. PS: we didn't eat breakfast

Negatives: The only issue we had was that the elevator was inoperable during our stay making it very difficult to navigate to the 3rd floor, multiple times. The cause for the difficulty was that my wife is on chemo and I’m recovering from hip surgery; both physically, VERY weak.
