There Was A Couple Drinking (Shots) At Pool Deck While There 3 Kids Were Jumping In The Shallow End From The Planters. Also, THREW A BUNCH OF ROCKS IN THE POOL. IN The Morning The Pool Was Closed & Rocks Covered The Bottom. Other Guests Upset As Well.

The first room smelled, I had to ask to be moved to another room. Second one was better but still smelled. Stained carpet , crappy pillows . Shower door wouldn't close , and staff didn't want to be there.

The hotel website advertises a heated pool. It does not say SEASONALLY heated pool. I picked this hotel for the HEATED POOL and was disappointed that it was not heated. Management needs to fix this.

Hotel management was unwilling to change room or provide at least a partial refund for the issues that was reported with the room. The tub faucet was broken off the wall, part of the sink countertop was missing, and the toilet continued to run.
